Open the extension's Account panel and choose Manage Subscription. Billing is handled by Stripe; add your payment method there.
The same place: Account, then Manage Subscription, then Cancel subscription. Or simply never add a card: with no payment method on file, nothing is ever billed.
That is Stripe's standard wording. A subscription can only continue if a payment method exists. If you never add one, the trial just ends.
